Steps

1. 1. Review the summary on the Sign-off & Consent step

   The final onboarding step shows your industry, employee count, regions, services, data types, risk appetite, target frameworks, review cadence, and governance owners for a last check.

2. 2. Confirm accuracy

   Check "I confirm the submitted organization profile is accurate to the best of my knowledge."

3. 3. Consent to data use

   Check "I consent to storing onboarding data for policy generation, compliance assessment, and audit evidence."

4. 4. Acknowledge AI assistance

   Check "I understand AI-generated recommendations require accountable human review and approval," then add optional sign-off notes and submit.

Verification

• All three sign-off checkboxes are checked before the submit action is enabled.
• The organization record shows a consentAcceptedAt timestamp and the accepting user after submission.
• Onboarding status flips to completed and unlocks policy generation immediately after sign-off.
