Terms of Service
Effective date: February 21, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the Quick Policy platform. By using the service, your organisation agrees to these terms.
These terms are being replaced.
A full Terms of Service and a data processing agreement are drafted and with our solicitor for review. Until they are published, the summary below is what applies. If you are running procurement and need the full documents before they go live, ask us and we will share the drafts and tell you what is still under review.
1. Service Scope
The platform provides policy drafting assistance, workflow management, compliance monitoring, and evidence tooling. Features vary by subscription tier.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, data accuracy, legal review of policies, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
3. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are generated assistance and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational or legal use. The customer remains accountable for final policy decisions.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle unless canceled. Plan limits and feature entitlements are enforced by the platform and may change when plans are updated.
5. Availability and Support
We aim for reliable service operation, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Support channels and response targets depend on your subscription.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, or non-payment. Data export options depend on plan features and account status.
7. Contact
For legal or commercial questions, contact your account team or configured support channel.
