How do I get paid?
Stripe Connect Express handles your payouts. We onboard you in ~5 minutes — Stripe verifies your business, then your share is automatically transferred to your Stripe balance every time a referred customer is invoiced. Payouts from Stripe to your bank follow your tier's schedule (monthly net-30 by default, biweekly for Platinum).
Who handles VAT?
We do. We remain the merchant of record, so we collect, report, and remit VAT in every jurisdiction Stripe Tax supports. Your commission is calculated on net-of-VAT revenue. For B2B partners in the UK, reverse-charge typically applies to your share — please consult your accountant.
How is attribution tracked?
Every customer signed up through your referral link or checkout session is attributed to you permanently. If a customer signs up directly and later wants to be managed by you, our team can attach them to your partner tenant retroactively.
Can I white-label the product?
Yes — Gold and Platinum partners can run a white-label portal on a custom domain with their own logo, colours, and email from-address. Our setup wizard walks you through DNS verification, TLS, and SPF/DKIM in about 30 minutes.
