Before you commit
You own your data
The policies, evidence and records you create are yours. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not use your content to train AI models, and the providers we use are contractually barred from doing so.
Leaving does not cost you your record
Export survives cancellation. Any organisation that has ever held a paid plan keeps the ability to export its policies, evidence register, training records and audit packs.
The drafts still need you
Everything generated is a draft for human review. The product shows its working — the controls each policy answers, the score against each standard, and what is missing — but a person in your organisation reads, amends and adopts it.

Pricing FAQs
What can I do before I pay anything?
Complete onboarding and generate four core policy drafts from your own organisation, then read and review them in full, including how each one scores against the standards you selected. No card is required. What you cannot do until you choose a plan is publish them, export PDFs, or send them to your team for sign-off.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my policies if I do?
You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your policies remain yours: export stays available to any organisation that has ever held a paid plan, so a lapsed subscription does not lock you out of your own compliance record. We took the view that a compliance product holding a former customer’s evidence hostage is not a product anyone should buy.
What if my team grows past the band I picked?
Pricing is by billable seats — active members plus pending invitations — so the band should match the team actually using the platform. If you outgrow it, you move up a band; the platform tells you when you are at the limit rather than silently letting the number drift away from what you pay for.
Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Every price shown is exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location, and business customers can enter a VAT registration number there. Annual billing is exactly eight times the monthly price, so four months are free.
What is the monthly AI allowance for?
Generation costs money to run, so each plan carries an allowance rather than an unlimited promise nobody could keep. Foundation includes £20 a month and Professional £40 a month. If you reach it, generation pauses until the next month rather than billing you for the overage. Partner, Agency and Custom packages set the allowance as part of the package.
