Roll out required training after baseline unlock
Use the post-baseline rollout flow to invite staff, trigger day-0 requirements, and monitor completion after the core policy ecosystem exists.
Summary
- Use the post-baseline rollout flow to invite staff, trigger day-0 requirements, and monitor completion after the core policy ecosystem exists.
- Use this guide to complete the workflow with audit-ready evidence and ownership.
- If you hit a blocker, run troubleshooting first, then escalate with context.
Steps
1. Confirm rollout is unlocked
Start only after the four published core policies are in place and Team no longer shows the rollout lock banner.
2. Invite staff with the correct role
Invite staff or managers only after rollout unlock so they join an organization with published baseline content, required training, and clear next actions.
3. Assign or auto-assign day-0 policy rollout training
Published day-0 and first-30-day modules are assigned automatically on invite acceptance when role targeting matches, or managers can assign them manually after unlock.
4. Monitor blockers and completions
Use Training oversight to watch day-0 blockers, remind users, and confirm completion before you treat the wider organization as fully rolled out.
Verification
- The accepted invite lands the user in the organization and shows their next training route.
- Day-0 training appears in required assignments for the new user when matching baseline modules exist.
- Managers can see assignment and completion status from the training dashboard.
Troubleshooting
An invited user did not receive day-0 assignments.
Confirm published modules exist for that role and that the module tier is DAY_0_BLOCKER or FIRST_30_DAYS.
Training assignment is blocked before invite send.
Go back to the policy baseline article and confirm rollout unlock first. Pre-unlock orgs cannot assign org-wide training.
A manager expected full training rollout before baseline completion.
The commercial product intentionally delays broad training rollout until the four-policy baseline is published so new users land in a finished operating context.
