Use the launchpad to move from onboarding to rollout cleanly

Follow the commercial launch sequence using the dashboard home widgets: onboarding, publish the baseline, unlock rollout, invite staff, assign training, run your first gap analysis.

There is no separate Launchpad page

The sequence lives on the dashboard home itself, as the JourneyCard steps and the Core policies progress widget. There is no dedicated /dashboard/launchpad route.

Summary

  • Follow the commercial launch sequence using the dashboard home widgets: onboarding, publish the baseline, unlock rollout, invite staff, assign training, run your first gap analysis.
  • Use this guide to complete the workflow with audit-ready evidence and ownership.
  • If you hit a blocker, run troubleshooting first, then escalate with context.

Steps

  1. 1. Complete onboarding first

Finish onboarding to build the operational context needed for strong baseline policy generation.

  2. 2. Publish the four core baseline categories

Watch the dashboard home Core policies widget count up (Core policies: N of 4 published). Treat all four published as the gate to wider rollout.

  3. 3. Unlock and expand

Once rollout unlocks, invite staff from /dashboard/team, assign day-0 training, then run your first gap analysis from /dashboard/gap-analysis.

Verification

  • The dashboard home Core policies widget shows 4 of 4 published once your baseline is complete.
  • Once unlocked, the widget collapses to a compact confirmation instead of the progress bar.
  • Gap analysis appears as a post-baseline activity rather than a day-1 starting point.

Troubleshooting

I was told to open the launchpad and cannot find it.

There is no separate launchpad page in the current product. Use the dashboard home widgets and the JourneyCard steps instead.
