If you hit a blocker, run troubleshooting first, then escalate with context.

1. Open the blocked job
From /dashboard/policies/generation-v3, open the job showing Needs manual review or Paused for a few follow-up details.
2. Answer additional questions if the draft is quarantined
Select Answer additional questions. This opens the same supplement dialog used for mid-draft pauses, letting you add the missing organization or policy-specific detail.
3. Save and rerun, or force a repair pass
Submitting the dialog selects Save details and rerun. If you would rather not add new detail, Rerun repair retries the repair stage with the existing context.
4. Approve exit only when the job is genuinely resolved
Approve exit clears the quarantine without another rerun. Use it only when you have manually confirmed the flagged issue no longer applies.

The job leaves Needs manual review status after your chosen recovery action.
A rerun only repeats the affected stage, not the entire 12-stage pipeline from the start.
The final draft reflects the additional detail you provided during recovery.

Answer additional questions is disabled.

The supplement dialog is still loading follow-up questions; wait for the button to stop showing Loading questions... before retrying.

Rerun repair keeps producing the same quarantine result.

Repair alone cannot fix missing context. Use Answer additional questions instead so the rerun has new information to work with.
